The pistol lineup

Every player starts each half holding a pistol, which makes the class the great equalizer of Counter-Strike: pistol rounds are the only rounds where both teams fight on even money. The lineup spans free starting sidearms, cheap eco upgrades, and premium options that trade most of a pistol-round budget for one-shot headshot potential.

How the pistol randomizer works

Press Start and an icon for every pistol in the pool bounces around the arena; the first to hit the walls three times is the pick. Each enabled pistol has the same odds, and every spin is an independent draw. A common ruleset: everyone spins before the pistol round and buys whatever they roll — armor or utility with the change is the roller's call. Edit Pool narrows the lineup, and the share link hands the same pool to the rest of the lobby.
