Counter Strike Randomizer is a free browser-based tool that selects a random Counter-Strike 2 weapon or Active Duty map. Each entry in the active pool is represented by an icon that bounces inside an arena; the first icon to strike the walls three times is the result. Selection is uniformly random across the enabled pool, and the animation makes the draw visible to everyone watching.
Random selection has a long history in Counter-Strike. Random-loadout and gun-game formats assign the weapon to buy each round, from pistols through rifles to machine guns, and a random map draw is a neutral alternative to a veto when a group cannot agree on what to queue. The site provides a shared way to make these draws: pools can be narrowed to the weapons or maps a group wants included, and a pool can be shared as a link so every player draws under the same rules.
Counter Strike Randomizer is part of a family of game randomizers built on the same design, alongside Valorant Randomizer and League Randomizer. The site requires no account or installation and runs entirely in the browser.
The weapon list covers the full CS2 buy menu, and the map mode tracks the current Active Duty pool — when Valve rotates a map in or out, the pool here is updated to match. The reference sections on the randomizer pages are generated from the same data the tool draws from, so the tool and the reference cannot fall out of sync. Errors or omissions can be reported by email.
Pools, draw history, and statistics are stored locally in the browser and are not uploaded. Details are in the privacy policy.
